Faust, a tragic figure in German folklore, sold his soul to the devil in exchange for knowledge, power, and pleasure. In the present day, there are rumors of celebrities making similar Faustian bargains in exchange for wealth and success. Indeed, it does seem that those who have risen meteorically in the entertainment industry have an affinity for the diabolic, some overtly so! In addition, even discounting conspiracies about satanic rituals, child sacrifice, and secret societies, many powerful people in the world seem to have connections with the satanic: pedophilia, the “trans” movement (both transvestitism and transhumanism), Marxism, and globalism. The most corrupt people seem to wield powerful positions in the United Nations, the World Health Organization, the European Union, the World Economic Forum, and at the head of nations. Behind the scenes, billionaires bolster agendas antithetical to Christianity, liberty, and America sovereignty. Normal people seem powerless in the face of such fame and fortune funding, fostering, and even forcing Satan’s syllabus. What can we do? Is there hope?
Yes, there is hope! That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast (Hebrews 6:18-19a). For those who have by faith received the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior, God gives an inheritance far beyond anything the devil can offer. This inheritance is eternal, but the 5G’s can make an impact in this world, as well.
God. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world (I John 4:4). Those who are saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9) have God indwelling them. If God be for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31b).
Gospel. For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek (Romans 1:16). The Gospel has the power to change lives; and changed lives can change families, communities, and nations. The Gospel brought the Great Awakening to America and had a profound impact on the nation leading up to the War for Independence. Christians should be preaching the Gospel. Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel…how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures (I Corinthians 15:1a,3b-4).
Grace. Grace is God’s power available to me through Christ Jesus. Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus (II Timothy 2:1). And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me (II Corinthians 12:9). Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). God’s grace gives us the power to live the Christian life, to endure difficulties, and to fulfill God’s calling.
Godly Seed. And did not he make [husband and wife] one?...And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed (Malachi 2:15a). Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate (Psalm 127:3-5). Christians have, for too long, neglected God’s inheritance, intentionally choosing small families and letting the government train their children. This is a major reason why billionaires are controlling the world. We have abdicated our Christian roles. It’s time for Christian couples to embrace God’s design and let Him do their family planning. It’s time for Christian parents to teach and train their children according the Biblical plan and principles. When grown, children may be launched like arrows to engage the evil enemy!
Glory. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death (Revelation 12:10-11). Tertullian (c. 155 - c. 220), a Carthaginian Christian lawyer and writer, said, “The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church.” In order to overcome the wickedness in this world, we have to be willing to die. That may entail a martyr’s death. More likely, it will require daily dying to our own desires for comfort, pleasure, ease, and our own will. Overcoming requires sacrifice, but in the end, there is glory! Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life (Revelation 2:10b).
A deal with the devil leads to damnation. The price is too high! Don’t envy those folks!
God doesn’t make deals, but He is true to His Word. He has called us to be faithful. Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful (I Corinthians 4:2). And He is faithful to fulfill His promises. Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it (I Thessalonians 5:24). For such a rich inheritance, will you not STEP OUT? It’s far better than billions!
